Camden Victory Park Apartments

Living at the Camden has been an absolute pleasure for me, and one of the reasons for that is the exceptional maintenance team. Hildo and his fellow team members are always prompt in addressing any issues I may have in my apartment. It's incredible how quickly they respond to my requests, often fixing things within minutes or hours. I've never encountered such efficient and reliable service in an apartment complex before. Not only does the maintenance team excel, but the Leasing office also deserves praise. They are incredibly accommodating and always prioritize helping residents like me. The level of flexibility and willingness to assist is truly commendable.

We have had several apartments at Camden Victory Park and we love it here. Management is kind and very helpful. The amenities are crazy amazing. We have very few maintenance issues when we do they are always taken care of quickly. The manager Michael always goes above and beyond to help us out we don't even have to ask, he anticipates our needs and let's us know he took care of it. How many people can say they even know the manager's name?

Can't recommend Camden VP enough. Apartment living can be tough, but the staff here truly treats you like a VIP. If you make a service request, I've never had it take longer than a few hours before someone shows up. They are the nicest, most professional, maintenance men that work tirelessly to make this apartment great. Michael is the GM and goes above and beyond too. In addition, the location with the katy trail and AA center is very fun! Mavs and Stars games can be a little rough with traffic, but that con does not outweigh all the pros.

My boyfriend and I lived here for 3 years, overall it’s a good place to live if you like to go to games, and want to live near downtown for an affordable price. We recently moved out to live in actual downtown just to be close to more restaurants and bars, and get away from the aac traffic. Pros: -great maintenance, always give them a good score in the survey! They get rewarded ;) - affordable - great layouts and cozy home vibes - their community app makes you feel connected to fellow neighbors, you’re able to chat with each other! Cons: -The last year I believe the most residents have moved in, a more younger college age crowd which sometimes feels like I was living in a dorm. Weed smell everywhere, trash left everywhere in the halls on valet off days. Groups screaming and stumbling through the halls. The pool was always at max capacity with no chairs available because someone was always having a party. - be prepared to have your packages stolen if you aren’t home waiting for it. Mail carriers also like to abandon packages in the club room or mail room. - parking is hard to find after 4pm… people are constantly filling up guests spots who are only going to the game or concert. Every floor fills up fast so invest in a reserved spot. Cars also get broken into on a daily basis. Overall a great starter home if you’re looking to save money moving to Dallas. If you want to stay in Victory park for the same price I would also suggest the vista, victory place, sky house, or the moda they all give same vibes

I lived at Camden Victory Park for my first two and a half years in Dallas. This was my first time living in an apartment and was the best place I could have been. The team at the Camden makes all the difference. There were a few incidents while I was there involving the parking garage (theft) and a few one off ones that I experienced. Whenever I had an issue the team was prompt to respond to me. When I had a service request they came within 2 days and sometimes within a few hours. This was the best maintenance and management team. They made sure that I was taken care of from getting me a new dishwasher, power washing the dirt off of my patio, and changing every lightbulb and battery that died. The management team differs from others in Dallas because they care, they take action, and they take accountability if issues come up. The only thing that made me leave was the traffic from the AAC in addition to how much my rent increase was.
